6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Course purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise specified
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice

7. Instructor Terms

If you use Ascend as an instructor, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of your courses and qualifications
• Deliver the content and support promised in your course offerings
• Respect the privacy and data of your students
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding your teaching practice

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Ascend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of content provided by instructors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
